SUBMITTING A CONTEST ENTRY INDICATES THAT YOU AGREE TO THE BELOW TERMS:

You are 21 years or older and the sole owner of the contest entry content and you authorize Hope for Depression Research Foundation to utilize your name, city, message of hope, photo, and video content for both digital & print for purpose of promoting Race of Hope and Hope for Depression Research Foundation events. Registration for an upcoming Race of Hope event is required to enter. One prize winner/household, no cash value, not transferable, and you agree to receive email and mailed information about upcoming Race of Hope events.
