how to virtual

what is a virtual race?

Participating in a virtual race is easy. Unlike a "live race" where the Race Director determines the specific course and starting time and provides timing, a virtual race is crafted by you, the participant!

Create your perfect race experience by deciding your race start time and race route, and use your own tracking app to measure your race distance and race timing.

On February 27, we'll also live stream a virtual opening ceremony so you can plug into all the positive energy.

The 2021 Winter Virtual Race of Hope race is unique because participants can opt to tune in on race day to connect online with our event crew and other participants throughout the event, or go solo and create your own race day fun any time and date you choose!
